  • Sale items (unless damaged in transit)

  • Personalised items (unless damaged in transit)

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. We may ask for additional information or photos of the product to process your refund.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria.

  • If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
