Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of purchase.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

The available options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in approximately 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. You will be able to review your shipping charges during checkout before confirming your order.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping companies website. 

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at nikki.ineson@sky.com.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather delays, holidays, and unforeseen issues with the shipping carrier. We will notify you of any significant shipping delays and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will require photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to process your claim.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a return and the correct item to be shipped.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or misdirected packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
